**Objective:** Detect customer PII in support ticket messages or attachments

* **Trigger:** data element persona is `Customer` , data element category is `PROFILE`
* **Filter:** ticket status is any of `Closed, Solved`
  * Additional options: issue type, tags, subject
* **Action:** redact data elements
